Planned to see Mount Maunganui major attractions and it was excellent base for visiting all of them.

Worth its 4 stars. Room was great value for money. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. We loved tea, coffee, fruit and cereal, but we where in a hurry and didn't try everything.
